Teaching STEAM is not about following instructions, it’s about developing a mindset and approach.
In the Studio, educators learn by doing. Every group of students is different, and what works for one class may need to be adapted for another. Teaching STEAM is not about following instructions—it’s about developing a mindset and approach.
Through building projects and experimenting with a variety of materials, teachers learn how to think like STEAM educators—making real-time decisions, adjusting the level of challenge, and following student curiosity when it leads to deeper learning. The curriculum provides a strong starting point, but the Studio experience helps teachers understand how to adapt lessons to meet the unique needs, interests, and abilities of their students.
More than training, Kitoodle Studio™ develops creative, confident educators.
STEAM learning is dynamic and complex. Students are often working in three dimensions with unfamiliar tools and materials while learning new concepts at the same time. In Kitoodle Studio™, teachers gain the confidence to guide this process—balancing structure with flexibility, and support with open-ended exploration.
More than training, Kitoodle Studio™ develops creative, confident educators. Teachers leave with the skills, mindset, and ownership needed to lead meaningful, high-quality STEAM experiences in their classrooms.
